DV Radio, LLC doesn’t collect or sell your personal data except through our contact form, live player audio messages, or DV Radio Store (for more from StreamLabs, please visit here and here), which you use at your own discretion.

- Live Player & Audio Messages: Our live player, powered by RadioKing, lets you listen to our stream and send audio shout-outs (up to 30 seconds) via your microphone ([here]). Cookies

Cookies apply only to the chat room, DV Radio Store, and live player:

- Comment Cookies: If you comment in the chat room, you can opt-in to cookies that save your name, email, and website for convenience. These last one year.

- Login Cookies: Visiting our login page sets a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies (no personal data, discarded when you close your browser). - DV Radio, LLC only holds contact form or audio message data (up to 90 days). Request deletion by contacting us. (Unless otherwise noted IE: You have sent in an audio file for listening by DV Radio, LLC. to become a host, use in a music playlist, etc.)

- For chat room, store, or live player data, contact the third-party providers directly as mentioned above.

- If you have an account or left comments, you can request an exported file of your data or ask us to erase it (except data we must keep for legal or security reasons). We will try our best to get this from the third-party as quickly as possible.

- We comply with privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA to protect your rights.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Comments and audio messages may be checked by automated spam detection services. Other data is handled by third-party providers as noted.

TECHNICAL NOTE: This policy may change at anytime without notifying any users to this website as we do not track any users through any means via DV Radio, LLC. on a first-hand basis. If you use a VPN and are having issues with any part of DVRadio.net, please turn off your VPN and try again as some third-party applications do not allow VPNs to be used and DV Radio, LLC. has absolutely no control over this at all.
